BLOWER MOTOR FAN

How to replace blower motor  
Without you realizing that you sucking air every day your car is containing dust, why do so because without you realizing the dust dikarpet or footwear that you wear contain / carry dust from the outside.Cleaning the carpet every day it is nice to reduce the amount of dust dikarpet, but the dust that has been sucked and stuck in the blower motor fan if you are already clean.To find out how to clean the blower fan motor follow these instructions:
1.OFF THE CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL.
# Wait at least 90 seconds after removing the cable to prevent the airbags work.

2.OFF DOOR ASSEMBLY GLOVE COMPARTMENT.
# 2 Remove the hinge (the hinge).

# Release 2 stopper and drop the glove compartment door.

3.UNDER NO COVER OFF. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL.
# Remove the Claw 3 Claw by hitting them in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure, and take cover under instrument panel.
Note:Be careful when removing the Claw because it is easy to break, pull slowly.

4.BLOWER MOTOR FAN OFF.
# Remove the connector.
# Remove the 3 nuts and blower motor.






5.CHECK THE BLOWER MOTOR FAN.

# Clean the blower fan motor with a brush that has been given water that has been mixed with water.

# Dry the blower fan motor before replacing it.
Note:Be careful when cleaning not to wet the blower motor components
6.POST MOTOR BLOWER FAN.
# Replace the blower motor with 3 nuts.
# Attach the connector.
7.UNDER COVER POST NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL.
#Link 3 clip and attach the lower instrument panel cover.
8.POST DOOR ASSEMBLY GLOVE COMPARTMENT.
# Enter 2 from the glove compartment door stopper.
# Link  2 hinge (the hinge).
9.CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL.
10.DO SOME INITIALIZATION.
# Perform the initialization using the following procedure:
Instructions:Do the following without stepping on the gas pedal:
* Turn the ignition to the ON position (do not start the engine) and wait for 5 seconds.
* Turn the ignition to the OFF position, and wait for about 15 seconds.
* Turn the ignition to the ON position and turn on the machine.
