2.DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

3.DRAIN FUEL

a.Remove the drain bolt and drain the fuel into the container.

b.Clean the drain bolt and replace with new gasket.

4.OFF THE PROPELLER SHAFT CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY

5.REMOVE FUEL SEQUENTIALLY

a.Loosen the hose clamp, then remove the fuel hose from the fuel delivery hose.

6.REMOVE the vacuum PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY FUEL

a.Remove the claw and push down the retainer as shown.

b.Pull the suction pipe of fuel (fuel pipe connector) to the outside of the main pipeline fuel.

CAUTION: 

@.Off a variety of dirt and foreign materials from the fuel pipe connector.

i.Use an ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminal 1 and terminal 2.

0.2 to 3.0 Ω at 20 ° C (68 ° F)

HOW TO CHECKING FUEL INJECTOR

CHECKING HOW TO  FUEL INJECTOR TOYOTA AVANZA

1.REMOVE THE FUEL PRESSURE SYSTEM
 
2.REMOVE CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
 
3.REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER (with / Heater)
 
.Remove the 6 bolts and clips, and then remove the bottom engine cover.

4.DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (with / Hoses Heater)

WARNING:
To prevent the danger of heat, do not open the radiator cap while the engine and radiator are still hot. Hot liquids and vapors can spray out under pressure. Thermal expansion can cause engine coolant to heat and steam gushed out of the radiator assembly.

a.Loosen the drain plug radiator valve channel.

b.Remove the radiator cap sub-assembly.

c.Loosen the drain plug drains and drain coolant.

5.OFF AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY

 
a.Remove the intake air temperature sensor connector.

b.Disconnect the VSV connector.

c.Remove the charcoal canister hose No outlet. 2.

d.Remove the hoses from VSV.

e.Unplug the vacuum sensor.

f.Disconnect vacuum hose from the sensor.

g.Separate reserve tank hose from the air filter hose clamp.

h.Remove the 4 screws, then remove the air filter and air filter hose.

6.REMOVABLE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY ACCELERATORS

 
a.Remove the hose by-pass water No. 1 and by-pass hose No water. 2. (without / heater hose)

b.Loosen the nut shown in the picture, then disconnect the acceleration control.


7.ASSEMBLY REMOVABLE THROTTLE BODY
 
a.Unplug the throttle position sensor.

b.Unplug the idle speed control actuator.

c.No. Remove the ventilation hose. 2.

d.Remove the two bolts and a bracket No throttle body. 2.

e.Remove the bolts, then separate the engine wire harness bracket from throttle body.

f.Remove the two bolts and the throttle body.

g.Remove the O-ring from the intake manifold.


8.REMOVABLE SEQUENTIALLY VENTILATION

 
Remove the vent hose from the vent valve.


9.REMOVE FUEL DELIVERY PIPE SUB-ASSY
 
a.Remove the two cable clamp machine.

b.4 Remove the fuel injector connector.

c.Remove the hose from the fuel pulsation damper.

 
d.Remove the 2 screws, then remove the conductor pipe to the fuel injector fuel.

CAUTION:
Do not drop when removing the fuel injector fuel delevery pipe.

10.ASSEMBLY REMOVABLE FUEL INJECTOR

a.4 Remove the fuel injector of the fuel delevery pipe.

b.Use a screwdriver, remove the insulation from the cylinder head 4.

11.HOW TO CHECK THE ASSEMBLY FUEL INJECTOR

 
a.Check the prisoners.

i.Use an ohmmeter, measure resistance between the terminals.

Custody standards:

Condition Tester                          Relationship specifications
1-2                                             11.6 to 12.4 Ω at 20 ° C (20.00 ° C)

If the prisoner does not comply with specifications, replace the fuel injectors.

b.Check the injection volume

CAUTION:
Perform this test in a room with good ventilation and keep away from fire
 
i.Remove the fuel hose from fuel pipe 1.

ii.Attach a new O-ring on the fuel injector.

iii.Pairs of SST and vinyl tube on the fuel injector.

iv.Connect SST (tube) into the fuel pipe 1.

v.Set the fuel injector in the graduated cylinder.

vi.Move the fuel pump.

vii.SST plug on the fuel injector.

viii.Connect the SST on the battery, and measuring the volume of injection for 15 seconds. Do this 2 or 3 times, then calculate the average.

Volume standards:

CAUTION:
Always do the switching at the battery.

 
If the prisoner does not comply with specifications, replace the fuel injectors.

c.Check for leaks.

i.If you check the injection volume, loose SST from the battery. Check for leaks from the fuel injector.

standard:
1 drop or less per minute

If the prisoner does not comply with specifications, replace the fuel injectors.


12.HOW TO POST FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY
 
a.Plug insulator and a new O-ring on the fuel injector.

 
b.Give a thin layer of spindle oil or gasoline on a new O-ring.
 
c.Replace the fuel injector delivery pipe to the fuel injectors are turning to the right and left.
 
CAUTION:
Ensure that the O-ring is not cracked or pinched during installation.
 
d.Check that the fuel injector can rotate gently.

 
CAUTION:
If the fuel injector can not rotate, replace the O-rings with new ones.
 
e.Set the fuel injector connector so that the connector is facing up.
 
13.POST DELIVERY FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

a.Place the fuel delivery pipe to the cylinder head with fuel injectors mounted on the fuel delivery pipe.
 
b.Hold the fuel delivery pipe and the pipe while the tide is on the cylinder head with two bolts.
 
CAUTION:
Do not drop the fuel injector when the fuel delevery pipe installation.
 
c.Check that the fuel injector can rotate gently.If not, the O-ring may be installed incorrectly.

 
d.Set the fuel injector connector so that the connector is facing up.

 
e.Tighten the two bolts to the specifications of the moment
 
moments:
21 N * m {214 kgf * cm, 16-ft. * Lbf}
 
f.Connect the fuel hose to the stars pulsation damper. A.
 
g.4 Connect the fuel injector connector.
 
h.Attach two cable clamp machine.
