Handling Remote Area Specific Malfunctions

Have you ever complained about the no
functioning remote to lock or unlock the doors (Lock / Unlock) on certain areas.

The phenomenon that occurred
Remote does not work to lock or unlock the doors (Lock / Unlock) on certain areas.

Cause
Remote does not function properly due to the disturbance (interference) of strong electric waves in a particular area.

The things or locations that allow the undermining of the remote:
1. The location was close to the facility that produces the electromagnet waves
such as TV transmitter, radio transmitter, Base Transmitter Station (BTS),
power plants, high voltage air duct (SUTET), electrical substations,
airports, etc.

 
2. Great location close to amenities such as ATM automatic payments.

 
3. While others are enabling remote vehicle close to
our vehicles simultaneously.

 
4. When activating the portable radios, cellular phones or other wireless devices.

 
Handling
When faced remote malfunction due to interference phenomena mentioned above the do :

 
1. Hold the wireless remote door lock receiver in the vehicle when pressed

2. Press the remote lock / unlock.

 
3. If you find that the remote still does not work, do the open / close the door manually.
